Municipal infrastructure includes stormwater systems, drainage, municipal buildings, and in some areas water and sewer utilities that may be operated by the township, an authority, or a private utility.

Infrastructure capacity constrains development, affects flooding, and represents significant long-term capital cost.

The Township Committee adopts capital plans, authorizes bonding, awards engineering and construction contracts, and pursues state and federal infrastructure funding.
